Good!

We use a great tool called myDocs which is an add-in for Outlook, that lets us view SharePoint Document Libraries by clicking standard Outlook folders, and drag emails into these folders to upload into SharePoint.

There is more information on this at http://www.nsynergy.com/Products/myDocs/Pages/About_myDocs.aspx or please email to info@nsynergy.com if you want more information.

Mark,

My suggestestion is MAPILab's Attachments Processor for Outlook. That's really an amazing add-in. And it's a trialware, that means you can try it before you pay. You can follow my link in this post.

I tried going to the large attachment file, I found the large files but when I right clicked on the attachment the option to remove it does not highlight or work. Any suggestions?

hey vincent - thanks for this write-up. it helped! speed has a been a problem, yes. but my biggest problem with outlook was general email handling. have you tried Outlook Track-It? Wasn't so much for speed, but the toolbar is my savior. Has followup reminders for both you and the person on the other end. Thought it'd be a nice add to this blog :)

Outlook integration really makes it easier to keep teams on board with the whole project management process. Project Insight is another web-based project management system that integrates with Outlook and exports to Project, as well.
